Prayer Meeting

11 John Street, Warwick NY

“For my house will be called a house of prayer.” (Isa 56:7) Join us every Wednesday at the home of Steve and Cyndi Baldino’s, 37 Grand St in Warwick, for our weekly prayer meeting. Here we dedicate a hour to pray and express to God what is on the hearts of His people. All are welcome.

Women in Stitches

Make it your ambition to lead a quiet life, to mind your own business, and to work with your hands, just as we told you, so that your daily life may win the respect of outsiders and so that you will not be dependent on anybody.

I Thes. 4:11

Women in Stitches is a non-denominational ministry. Our mission is to help those in physical, emotional, or spiritual need through the creation and donation of hand crafted items. Shawls for cancer patients, lap robes for wheelchair users, clothing for shelter residents, and blankets for babies have been provided as needed.

We meet weekly, on Wednesday afternoons, from noon to 3 PM at the home of Cyndy Baldino, 37 Grand St., Warwick, NY. A short devotional and refreshments are offered. Yarn and needles are provided.

On the first Wednesday of each month, we meet at Mount Alverno Center from 2 to 4 PM, when we join in crafting and sistership with the residents there.

For more information, please call Cyndy Baldino at (845) 986-8469.

Men’s Breakfast

Men, Are you hungry? It’s likely you answered, yes. However, what are you hungry for? Is it to be fed both physically and spiritually? Is it to make our communities a better place? Or can it be that you are hungry to have individuals experience the person of Jesus through service. If your answer is yes to any or all of these then Valley Bible Church can help.
Our men’s ministry seeks to strengthen believers through a fellowship time that nourishes the body both physically and spiritually. This is done at our monthly breakfast where we meet and enjoy a meal together as well as dive into God’s word (the Bible). We meet the second Saturday of the month at 7:15 am at the Harvest Restaurant in Pine Island.
It is also the desire of Valley Bible Church to share the love of Jesus by being servants to our community. One of the ways we seek to accomplish this is at our men’s workdays, where VBC men seek to physically assist individuals in need. This can look very different depending on the need.
So let me ask you again, are you hungry?

Beyond Cancer Unlimited

BCU (Beyond Cancer Unlimited) meets once a month, and consists of a group of men and women who seek to continue a strong, blessed life during and after a health crisis.
Not all of us have ever had cancer, although most of us have. Others are in the process of treatment or face the possibility of needing it in the future.
But we all are empowered by each other as we share and pray together, because we help each other build the strength of the Lord in our lives, and He guides us toward finding understanding, peace, and joy again as we deal with our health experiences.
